Being in the moment is quite a tedious task. Focus is a craft within itself. In the now is not where we are most of the time. It doesn’t take much to take us away from the present. I have discovered that presence is an art. We can physically be some place and miles and miles away at the same time. Calgon doesn’t have to take us away (some of y’all know what I’m talking about). We drift aimlessly without warning. Come back…the moment is waiting!
