This is possibly one of the most asked questions among people. There is simply a lot of clamor around. So many of us are usually ‘somewhere else’. You may physically be in view, but your mind purchased a ticket to ‘a million miles away’. Staying present sounds simple, however, can be about the most difficult thing to do.
