Just as in a number of sports, we sometimes move too quickly. Whether it be an erroneous initial step or jumping the gun, the disclosing is the same. We want to beat the clock, get the data in by the deadline, etc. The information is there, but we have not presented our best selves. We simply wish to say “it was turned in on time”. This is one of those rare instances when late may be better. You see, when something is rushed, it shows…and it’s not a good look!
