We often use words in place of other words. This is done to make a point clearer or direct. There are so many ways to get our words to make sense to others. The thing is some individuals will make up their minds as to what words mean to them anyway. We can say all day that we meant a particular thing and be told “what I heard was…!” The fact of the matter is–we hear what we want to hear no matter what is being said. This makes for a number of missed attainment gains!
