Anyone ever forget a password, lol? You try and try…then you see those words: “something went wrong”. At this moment, you get an Einstein moment and think, “I remember now”. Grinning from ear to ear, you try again with all of your chest. Then it happens–“your account has been locked. Please try again in 24-48 hours”. Noooo- I need to take care of this business now (you scream at your device). After waiting for what appears to be an eternity, you gain access. The ‘account management team’ called faith or make-a-way intervenes. We all make mis-takes. Take two!
