Why is it so difficult to listen? When someone else is speaking, individuals are so busy wanting to one up them in conversation. We believe our future words are more important than what is being said to us presently. This in turn causes us to disrespect one another with either overtalking or blatant interruption! People are so very unaware of the gems that others can bring our way by mere talking. There are lessons in language. Patience is crucial when interacting with one another.
