Individuals are continuously in a hurry. We rush through life, missing out on the tiny gems that are right in front of us at every turn. As parents and spouses, so much is put on the back burner for others. All things come first, and we bring up the rear in our own lives! Things are kept a bit cool back there. The flame is flickered a bit when we have a “moment” to do for self. All is not lost when we take the time for ourselves in due time. It makes the simmering that is done while being on the back burner…worth it!
