Being in tuned with self is the absolute best way to live life. Listening to our body and recognizing limitations lends itself to a healthy and wholesome life. For example, when exercising and we feel tired or overwhelmed, the body is saying slow down or stop for the day. Also, when eating and feeling full, the body is saying stop eating.
