“I lost my train of thought”. “What was I saying?” I don’t know about you, but I ask these and other questions to myself (yes, I talk to self…such a treat). I sometimes ask the same questions when engaged in conversation with others. We should remember to be centered in our being. Once we move to either side, the balance is no more. This is simply having focus and being aligned and in tuned. Stillness helps in becoming centered. Some people can easily become distracted and stillness may not come quickly for them. It is like most things in life, you have to want it. Do you want to converge with ‘you’?
