Have you heard the phrase, “getting to the root of the problem”? This is how a number of situations should be broached. The root is the cause or source. The core comes in at this point. This is where things are centered, and that’s an extension of entrenchment. When we think of some fruit, apples in particular, the core is such an integral part of the fruit. We get there and want to discard. What? That very part can be composted to bring life to new fruits/vegetables. Another way core is important is in our body. I recall working out with my youngest son (a personal trainer) and him constantly saying “engage your core, mommy”. That centered area lends strength to other parts of the body. Once inception takes place, remain strong in order to persevere through this journey known as our whole entire life!
