Each year, we resolve to do many things. On the short list most every time is shedding a few pounds. Let’s begin and don’t lose sight of what our true intent is. There are so many ways we can get fit. Walking and bike riding are self-paced choices. Also, workout routines using weights, slam ball, kettle bells, resistance bands, jump rope, etc. These are things we can do at home. The gym is also a way to go.
